摘要
校系两级管理是职业教育管理体制改革的必然趋势,是应对规模扩张及层次提高的有效手段。本文从校系两级教学管理实际出发,对如何增强管理工作的有效性进行了系统性的创新研究。通过实践探索,构建了"三层两级一导"校系两级教学管理模式,分析其目标、内涵及运行机制,并在校系两级教学管理方面提供可效仿的范式。
The school-department two-level management is the trend of vocational education management system reform and an effective way to cope with scale expansion and level enhancement. Starting from the reality of school-department two-level teaching management, this paper undertakes systematic and innovative research in how to strengthen the effectiveness of management. Through practical exploration, it constructs the school-department two-level teaching management mode of " three-layer two-level and one-supervision" with analysis of its objectives, connotation and operation mechanism, which can provide a good example for school-department two-level teaching management.
