摘要
近年来,我国高校的科研经费投入持续增长,而经费管理问题也随之而来。经费申报与其使用脱节,审计监督工作不到位,经费使用信息不公开等弊端导致科研经费使用效益不高。加强机制建设,控制预算并跟进考核,实施内部审计监督,经费信息透明公开等可以有效管理科研经费。
In recent years, the investment of scientific research funding in universities continued to grow, and the problem of funding management has cropped up, which led to the ineffectiveness of the usage of scientific research funding. For example, some declared funds were out of touch with the usage, the audit and supervision were not in place, and the information for the usage of funds were not revealed to the public. Measures such as strengthening the mechanism construction, budget control and follow -up examination, and implementing internal audit supervision, budget information transparency can be effective for the management of scientific research funding.
