摘要
由于职业学校教学内容的多样性和用人单位对毕业生需求多样性的制约,造成了评价内容的复杂性和评价标准的难确定,直接影响了学生学业评价活动的顺利展开。本文针对职业学校教学特点和规律,结合学业评价中存在的问题,提出了从人才培养方案入手构建评价模型,及其依据模型进行评价的方法与途径。
The diversity of the teaching contents in vocational schools and the restraints of the enterprises' demand when choosing graduates lead to the complexity of evaluation contents and the uncertainty of determining the evaluation criteria, which directly affect the students' academic evaluation. In view of the teaching characteristics and laws in vocational schools, as well as the existing problems in academic evaluation, this paper proposes that we should construct the evaluation model based on the talent training programs, and look for the evaluation methods and approaches on the basis of the model.
