摘要
文章从教育信念、知识、能力、专业态度和自我专业发展需要等五个维度,分析江苏职业教育"领军教师"发展现状,试图去发掘和验证职业院校名师群体发展特征。
This paper analyzes the current development situation of "leading teachers" in Jiangsu provincial vocational education from educational beliefs, knowledge, ability, professional attitude and professional development needs, trying to explore and verify the characteristics of vocational leading teachers' group development.
