摘要
2012年10月1日,新日本制铁株式会社与住友金属工业株式会社正式合并,成立了新日铁住金株式会社。新日铁住金集团下设5个业务分部:钢铁/工程技术/化工/新材料/系统集成,职工总数为84 000人。在新日铁与住友金属合并2年多后,对于新日铁住金这家日本第一大钢铁企业而言,一切正向好的方向发展。从合并前两家公司的情况、联合重组的过程以及联合重组的效果等方面,分析了新日铁住金合并后的发展战略和特点。同时,分析新日铁住金合并的成果和经验,对于中国钢铁工业联合重组具有积极的启示作用。
On 1 October 2012,Nippon Steel Corporation and Sumitomo Metal Industries,Ltd.were merged into Nippon Steel Sumitomo Metal Corporation（NSSMC）.NSSMC is a holding company for five businesses：steelmaking,engineering,chemicals,new materials,and system solutions.The NSSMC group employs approximately 84,000 persons.After more than 2 years of reorganization,the development of NSSMC,as the biggest integrated steel producer in Japan,is moving toward the right direction.The aim of this paper is to promote the positive enlightenment for Chinese steel industry by analyzing the development strategy of NSSMC.
