建筑师视阈的新版《绿色建筑评价标准》解析

Vertical Planting Road Exploration Based on Pedestrian Activity Theory——Taking 2014 GREEN AWARD·world landscape planning and design competition “City cycle lifeline” as an example

针对绿色建筑实践中建筑师普遍"缺席"和"困惑"的情境,结合建筑设计各阶段的内容及特点,对新版《绿色建筑评价标准》的设计评价指标进行分析,并探讨相应的设计对策。研究认为:大部分绿色建筑设计评价指标的内容涉及建筑总体布局、空间和形式处理以及材料选择与细部设计;在方案设计阶段,基于建筑热工设计原理灵活运用被动式设计手法,重建建筑空间、形式与节能、环保等绿色内涵的逻辑关联,是绿色建筑设计的核心内容和"绿色"之本。

By targeting on architects＇ common plights of ＂omission＂ and ＂aphasia＂ in the practice of green buildings, and considering the contents and characteristics of architectural designs in all stages, this essay has analyzed the evaluation standard for architectural designs in the new edition of Assessment Standard for Green Buildings, and discussed the correspondent strategies. Research suggests that most of evaluation indexes for green buildings concerns a building＇s general layout, space and forms, as well as material selection and detailed design. In the project design stage, based on the principle of thermal performance design of a building, we have flexibly adopted a passive design method, and reconstructed the logical relations between a building＇s space and form, as well as energy-saving, environmental protection, etc. This is the core of green building design and is also the soul of ＂green＂.
