不锈钢抽芯铆钉连接试验研究及设计建议 被引量:3

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND DESIGN SUGGESTIONS OF BLIND RIVETED CONNECTIONS IN STAINLESS STEEL STRUCTURES

摘要 通过对不锈钢抽芯铆钉连接进行抗剪性能试验研究,明确了连接破坏形式,考察单剪和双剪构造、抽芯铆钉端距和间距、连接长度等关键参数的影响规律,提出抗剪承载力设计算式及相关设计建议。研究结果表明:抽芯铆钉连接的破坏形式为抽芯铆钉杆剪断破坏和不锈钢板承压破坏;抗剪承载力随着剪切面数目的增加而提高,双剪连接与单剪连接抗剪承载力之比为1.8~1.9;端距和间距应分别不小于2.5倍和3倍抽芯铆钉孔径;抽芯铆钉群抗剪承载力折减系数取值与连接板等厚与否以及连接长度有关。 Experiments on the shear behavior of blind riveted connections were carried out,and their failure mode was defined. It was examined that the influence law of the structure of the connections,long and transverse edge distance,and connection length. Design formulas of bearing capacity and relevant suggestions were proposed. The study results showed that the failure modes of the connection were shear fracture of blind rivet and bearing failure of stainless steel plates. Shear strength increased with increase of the number of shear plane. Ratio of shear strength of double lap connection to that of single lap connection was between 1. 8 and 1. 9. The long and transverse edge distance should be not less than 2. 5 times and 3 times as diameter of the hole,respectively. Reduction factor of shear strength of blind rivets was related to the plate thickness and length of connection.
