摘要
采用柠檬酸三钠法、抗坏血酸还原法、柠檬酸三钠-鞣酸法3种方法制备胶体金,探索最优的制备方法。考察不同制备方法对胶体金外观颜色、颗粒大小以及均一性的影响。结果表明:采用0.22μm滤膜过滤的胶体金均一性较好,以100 m L 0.01%的四氯金酸溶液中2 m L 1%柠檬酸钠最佳的添加量的柠檬酸三钠法为制备胶体金最合适的方法。
To establish the optimal method for preparing colloidal gold colloidal, gold was prepared by the triso- dium citrate method, ascorbic acid reduction and trisodium citrate - tannin. The exterior color, particle size and uni- formity in different methods were compared. High uniformity showed in 0.22 μm membrane filtration. The best meth- od to prepare colloidal gold is the trisodium citrate method in 100 mL 0.01% tetrachloroauric acid solution with 2 mL 1% sodium citrate. The method has good visual effect, high transparency, high uniformity and stability.
