摘要 用Deform-3D对麻花钻钻削过程进行仿真研究,建立麻花钻钻削的三维有限元模型,用正交实验的设计方法分析了钻头直径、进给速度和主轴转速等因素对钻削力的影响,并得到了钻削温度的分布规律以及主轴转速对钻削温度的影响。 An emulation study of the drilling mechanism by twist drills is conducted by using FEM analysis software Deform-3D and a three dimensional drilling model is established. The factors which could affect the drilling force were analyzed such as spindle speed,feed speed and the bit diameter by orthogonal test method. Drilling temperature distribution and the effect that spindle speed have on drilling temperature were also studied.
