硬质合金刀条线切割预成型技术研究

摘要 摆线齿锥齿轮用硬质合金刀条,在刃磨前刀条毛坯为矩形,如果将刀条直接用磨刀机床磨削,则既耗时又造成砂轮的大量磨损,成本较高。本文探讨了利用线切割技术对刀条进行预成型,将刀条毛坯首先切割至类似的形状,减少精磨的余量,以此降低成本,提高切割效率。 Cycloidal tooth bevel gear with carbide blade,blade blank for rectangular before grinding. If directly use grinding machine tool,it is both time consuming and cause of grinding wheel wear and high cost. This article discussed the use of the cutting technology to preform of the blade,the blade blank first cut to similar shape,reduce the number of fine grinding allowance,to reduce cost and improve the cutting efficiency.
