The surface pinhole problem usually encountered in the newly-built and normal large-scale powder coating production line was stated in this paper. According to analysis, the problems contained both macroscopic factors and microcosmic factors, leading to difficult eradication. Finally, solutions to prevent and solve the problem of pinhole were put forward after multiple tests.
