摘要
从PVC材料黏度变化特性和流体边界层理论分析了PVC原料存储罐锥型底部胶料残留原因,并建立了力学模型,分析罐底残余胶料滑落的条件,用试验验证理论分析,并提出了PVC存储罐清洗频次要求。
The cause of the residue at the conical bottom of the PVC material storage tank was analyzed according to the changing characteristics of the PVC material viscosity and the fluid boundary layer theory. Furthermore, the mechanical model was established to analyze the slide condition of the bottom rubber. At last, the PVC storage tanks cleaning frequency requirement was put forward by using experiments verify the theoretical analysis.
