介绍了客车整车电泳所适宜采用的镀锌板类型和前处理工艺,阐述了在选择客车电泳用脱脂剂和磷化剂时所需要重点关注的内容,提供了相关槽液参数最佳的工艺控制范围。
The type of galvanized sheet and pre-treatment process suitable for electrophoresis of passenger car were introduced. In addition, the contents needed to focus in the choose of degreasant and phosphatizing agent in electrophoresis were stated. Finally, the control range of optimal technical process in relative bath solution parameter was offered.
