摘要
目的探讨上尿路结石腔内碎石术后并发感染性休克的原因及其防治措施。方法回顾性分析8例上尿路结石腔内碎石术后并发感染性休克患者的发病特点及诊治过程并复习相关文献。结果 8例患者经抗感染和抗休克对症支持处理,生命体征逐渐平稳,最后治愈出院。结论感染性休克术前无法完全预料和预防,早期诊断并及时有效抗感染、抗休克是治疗成功的关键。
Objective To investigate cause and preventive measures for complicated septic shock after cavity lithotripsy for upper urinary tract calculi. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical characters, diagnosis and treatment process in 8 patients with complicated septic shock after cavity lithotripsy for upper urinary tract calculi, along with related literature data. Results All the 8 patients were cured and left the hospital with stable vital signs after receiving symptomatic anti-infection and anti-shock support management. Conclusion Due to impossibility of complete preoperative predication and prevention of septic shock, early diagnosis, timely anti-infection and anti-shock are the keys for successful treatment.
