依托咪酯持续输注用于全身麻醉诱导和持续输注维持的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析依托咪酯持续输注用于全身麻醉诱导及持续输注维持的临床效果。方法将50例择期行普外手术的患者分为依托咪酯组和异丙酚组,各25例。比较两组患者各时间点的观察指标及术后不良反应情况。结果与麻醉前相比,两组患者在手术结束时皮质醇浓度均有所下降,依托咪酯组下降更为明显(P<0.05);与诱导前相比,依托咪酯组患者动脉压在诱导后2 min有所降低,心率在插管时有所增快,而异丙酚组在动脉压在切皮和拔管时有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);依托咪酯组患者平均拔管时间(9.6±2.7)min明显短于异丙酚组的(13.2±4.5)min,不良反应发生率(28.0%)明显低于异丙酚组(60.0%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托咪酯在麻醉诱导及维持中具备血流动力学稳定性,可有效降低围术期不良反应发生率,同时也能够对肾上腺皮质起到一定的抑制作用,但效果并不十分明显。
