移动床-膜生物法餐饮废水深度处理 被引量:8

DEPTH TREATMENT OF RESTAURANT WASTEWATER BY MOVING BED BIOFILM-MEMBRANE PROCESS

摘要 以开发可实现餐饮废水的中水回用新技术为目标,开展了一系列餐饮废水处理的实验研究,验证了移动床-微滤膜生物处理工艺(MBBR-MBR)实现餐饮废水中水回用的可行性,探讨曝气量、水力停留时间、温度等影响要素对餐饮废水处理效果的影响,并对该工艺的处理性能进行综合评价。研究结果表明:移动床生物处理系统中微滤膜的植入,不但可有效地改善系统的耐负荷冲击性能,还可以提高系统对污水的处理深度,改善出水水质;在诸多的影响因素中,曝气量和水力停留时间对去除COD、氨氮、总磷等的影响最大。MBBR-MBR的最佳曝气量、水力停留时间、温度分别为0.4 m^3/h、12 h、30℃。在此条件下,COD、氨氮、总磷的去除率分别达到95%、94%、94%。经MBBR-MBR处理后的各主要水质指标均能达到城市生活污水的一级排放标准,可满足餐饮废水中水回用的要求。 Aiming at developing a novel technology to recycle water from restaurant wastewater,a series of research on restaurant wastewater were carried out,proving that the moving bed biofilm-membrane process( MBBR-MBR) could realize the reuse of the restaurant wastewater. The paper synthetically evaluated the treatment efficiency of MBBR-MBR by studying the influencing factors,such as aeration flux,hydraulic retention time and temperature. The studies indicated that the addition of the microfiltration membrane could not only improve the impact resistance of the treating system effectively,but also improved the water quality. In addition,the aeration flux and hydraulic retention time was the most important influence factors on the removing of COD,ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus. The optimal aeration flux,hydraulic retention time and temperature of the MBBR-MBR was 0. 4 m^3/ h,12 h and 30 ℃,respectively. And under the conditions,the removal rates COD,ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus could reach 95%,94% and 94%,respectively. The water quality by MBBR-MBR could meet class A of the urban sewage discharge standard,and could satisfy the requirement for restaurant wastewater reuse.
