摘要
现阶段我国钢铁企业循环水系统的管理大部分采取的是传统的粗放式管理模式。水处理专家管理系统将先进的计算机技术引入循环水系统管理中,很好地解决了钢铁企业循环水水质、加药、水量管理方面存在的问题。水处理专家系统在钢铁企业的应用,提高了循环水系统运行管理的效率,节省了钢铁企业水处理系统的运行成本,保证了循环水系统的健康运行。
At present,the management mode of the circulating water system of iron and steel enterprises is mostly the traditional and extensive management mode. In this paper,the advanced computer technology is introduced in circulating water management system. The circulation water expert system solves the problem of water quality,drug dosing management and water quantity management. The application of water treatment expert system in iron and steel enterprise saves the running cost of the water treatment system,and can guarantee the running of the circulating water system.
