This paper analyzed the key factors that affect the production quota of heat treatment and established the mathematic models for heat treatment production quota standard using trend line analysis method which can be applied to the production through verification.This paper not only can use innovative management concept for the practice of production management,but also can provide guidance for modernized management of the enterprises.
