摘要
本文通过采用超声检测方法利用超声波脉冲反射原理,以制作与辊身曲率相近、材质相同的试块,进行声速、量程、测定范围的调校,再通过计算材质及耦合能量损失,提升检测灵敏度,作为扫查基准对超长管壁厚、进行整体测量,解决因工件结构、或在役使用等因素无法进行壁厚测量的难点。
By using ultrasonic testing method and ultrasonic pulse reflection principle,the paper makes test block of close curvature and same material to the roll body,checks sound velocity,range,measurement range,improves the detection sensitivity through the coupling calculation of material and energy loss,measures thickness of super long tube compared with the test block,solves difficulties of thickness measurement because of workpiece structure or in service condition.
