摘要
为科学评估西藏出生缺陷一级干预试点项目地区开展优生健康教育干预的效果,采用方便抽样方法,抽取西藏地区9个项目开展县,对户籍所在的2800对育龄夫妇进行优生健康教育干预,在干预前后进行问卷调查。结果显示,干预前后优生知识回答正确率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后回答正确率明显提高,育龄夫妇优生健康教育干预效果显著。因此,加强对村医生及计生专干人员优生科学知识的培训,利用孕前和孕期保健机会,对育龄夫妇进行个体咨询和宣传教育,是预防出生缺陷的关键。
Health eugenics education have been intervened on 2800 childbearing age couples with question-naires survey and the results of pre-intervention and post-intervention questionnaires were compared for scientif-ically to evaluate the intervention effect of health eugenics education curried in areas of birth defects-level oneproject by using convenience sampling method with 9 counties project undertaken in Tibet. The result showedthat the differences in correct answer rate of eugenic knowledge before and after the intervention were statistical-ly significant(P〈0.05), The accuracy of correct answer rate has been significantly improved after the interven-tion took place and the intervention effect on the health eugenics education of childbearing age couples was re-markable. Therefore, the reinforcement of raining village doctors and birth controlling staff on their eugenics sci-entific knowledge, and the individual counseling and education conducting to childbearing age couples by the op-portunities of health care before pregnancy and during the pregnancy have became the key for effective preven-tion of birth defects.
