摘要
针对现有的煤矿皮带运输机监控系统设计过程复杂、开发周期较长、用户自主开灵活性较差等缺点和不足,提出了采用计算机和组态软件构成地面监控主站,采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)及其专用编程软件构成井下监控分站,基于现场总线的煤矿皮带运输机监控系统的新型设计方案,最后给出了皮带运输机监控系统的设计结果与运行情况。该设计方案可以有效地缩短皮带运输机监控系统的开发周期,使皮带运输机监控系统具备装置配置灵活、用户开发使用方便等优点,安全性、快速性、经济性等方面都有显著的改善和提高。
Aiming at the disadvantages in the process of the design of the belt conveyor monitoring system such as the complex design process, long development cycle and poor flexibility of self - development by users, the paper proposes a new design scheme of the belt conveyor monitoring system. The design scheme includes the belt conveyor monitoring system based on field bus, the ground monitoring master station composing from com- puter and configuration software, and the underground monitoring substation consist of programmable logic controller (PLC) and special programming softwarc Finally, the design results and the running conditions of the belt conveyor monitoring system are presented. The scheme can effectively shorten the development cycle of the belt conveyor monitoring system and make the belt conveyor monitoring system more flexible for configuration and convenient for users, and it also has a significant improvement in safety, rapidity and economical efficiency.
