摘要
针对煤矿轨道运输车造成的能源浪费,运营成本增加等问题,以TMS320F28035 DSP作为核心控制电路,采用电压电流双闭环PI调节器控制,设计了矿用电机车储存与再生双向DC/DC变流器控制系统。实现矿用电机车能量运行过程中的储存与再生。实验表明,该系统可靠性和抗干扰性都很高,可以在煤矿行业得到推广应用。
Aiming at the waste of energy and increasing operating costs caused by coal mine track transporters, taking TMS320F28035 DSP as the core control circuit, a control system of the bidirectional DC / DC converter for the storage and regeneration of the electric locomotive used in coal mine is designed using voltage - current double closed loop PI regulator to control, to achieve the storage and regeneration of the electric locomotive used in coal mine during the energy operation. Experiments show that, the system has high reliability and good anti -interference ability, which can be applied in the coal industry.
