摘要
作者采用光镜和酶组化技术,探讨雌二醇(E_3)对大鼠的抗着床作用。观察了大鼠卵巢黄体3β-羟类固醇脱氢酶(3β-HSD)、AcP及子宫内膜AlP,并测定了早孕大鼠的血清孕酮水平。结果显示:在光镜下,受孕大鼠黄体细胞部分胞核固缩和胞质呈空泡状,黄体3β-HSD反应呈弱阳性、AcP呈强阳性、子宫内膜间质AlP反应呈阴性,子宫腔上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞及间质细胞有丝分裂受到抑制;血清孕酮水平降低(17.4±12.6ng/ml),表明E_3抑制卵巢黄体孕酮的合成,有阻止囊胚着床,干扰早期妊娠的作用。
The anti-implantation effect of estriolon rats was studied by enzyme histochemi-cal methods. The activities of 3β-hydroxy-steroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD), AcP incorpus luteum, AlP in endometrium of treat-ment groups were compared with those ofcontrol groups. In order to know the effectof estriol on endometrium during preparingfor blastocyst implanting, we counted thenumber of mitosis cell in endometrium of4th day pregnant rat under microscope. Se-rum progesterone level of early pregnant ratswas measured by radioimmunoassay the re-sults were as follows : 1.EStriol administra-ted postcoitally could prevent the earlypregnancy of rats by the way of anti-im-plantation of blastocyst; 2.Activity of ovariancorpus luteal 3β-HSD was depressed, where-as activity of AcP increased in the treat-ment group; 3.The number of mitotic cell inendometrial stroma was: in the treatmentgroup 0.2±0.2, in the control group 45.7±16.2 (P<0.001) ;AlP reaction of endometrialstroma was negative in the treatment group,whereas it was positive in the control group;and 4. The serum progesterone level was:in the treatment group 17.4 ±12.6, in thecontrol group 39.3±11.1ng/ml(P<0.01). Theresults suggest that estriol can disturb thebiosynthesis of progesterone of corpus luteumand reduce the serum progesterone level.Mitosis and decidulization of stroma cell canbe disturbed owing to the low serum proge-sterone level, so the blastocyst cannot beimplanted successfully.
