摘要
高校是建设中国特色新型智库的重要力量,但我国高校智库在国内外的影响力有限且数量不足,与丰富的智库资源严重不匹配。今后需进一步做好智库建设的顶层设计与战略布局;完善体制机制,畅通高校智库成果传播渠道;建立科学的资助机制,保障智库可持续发展;改革人事制度,汇聚不同领域智力资源;改进评价办法,引导高校智库的建设和发展。
Universities were the important power to construct the new think tank with Chinese characteristics.The university think tanks in China showed limited influence with insufficient quantity,compared with the rich think tank resource.Henceforth,it should do the top design and strategic layout;improve the system and mechanism to keep the communication channel open;establish the financing mechanism to assure the sustainable development;reform the personnel system to converge the intelligence resource from the different field;ameliorate the evaluation method to guide the construction of the university think tank.
