摘要
美国社会两大时代主题"制造业危机"和"产业革命"催生了奥巴马政府《振兴美国先进制造业》战略计划的出台。该计划针对职业教育提出了一系列发展战略:鼓励公共与私营部门产学研合作、提升制造业公众形象与职业教育吸引力、培养合格的先进制造业技能型人才。对我国经济转型期职业教育发展的启示是:加快职业教育产学研合作升级、提高职业教育社会影响力和吸引力、建立适应经济转型的现代职业教育体系、加大学徒制培训和技能补偿培训力度。
Two themes of ＂manufacturing crisis＂ and ＂industrial revolution＂ in U.S.led the release of Obama Government＇s strategic plan-Accelerating U.S.Advanced Manufacturing in 2014.This plan proposed vocational education development strategies including encouraging public-private partnerships,improving public＇s image of manufacturing,training qualified skilled workers into manufacturing.It provided implications for vocational education development in China＇s economic transition,including accelerating upgrade of collegeindustry partnerships,enhancing attractiveness of vocational education,establishing modern vocational education system for economic transition,scaling up efforts on apprenticeship and remedial education for skills acquisition.
