研究生科研微环境的模糊综合评判——基于十省(市)的数据 被引量:1

The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Scientific Research Microenvironment of Graduate Students based on Ten Provinces' Data

摘要 基于10省(市)的数据,运用主成分分析法构建研究生科研微环境评价指标体系,并对我国研究生科研微环境进行模糊综合评判,结果表明:导师在研究生科研微环境的营造中起着关键性的作用。我国研究生科研微环境总体较好,但各方面的情况参差不齐,科研团队协作关系和研究生科研成果评价等"软环境"建设较为完善,培养单位支撑条件和导师指导情况等"硬环境"建设有待加强。 Based on the data of 10 provinces(municipalities),this paper constructed the scientific research micro-environment index system of graduate students by principal component analysis,and made a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the micro-environment of China.It found,the tutor played a key role in the construction of scientific research micro-environment;the scientific research environment of graduate students in China was good generally,but levels of primary index varied greatly;the establishment of "soft environment" was relatively perfect including cooperative relationship of scientific research team and evaluation of graduate students' research products,while the construction of "hard environment" was still needed to be improved such as the supportive conditions of institutes and guidance of tutors.
