情绪智力、应对方式对大学生外显与内隐攻击性的影响

The Effects of Emotional Intelligence and Coping Styles on Undergraduates' Explicit and Implicit Aggression

为研究考察大学生情绪智力、应对方式以及两者对大学生外显、内隐攻击性的影响,并验证双重攻击模型的存在,以216名大学生为被试,采用中文大学生版Buss-Perry攻击性量表、大学生情绪智力量表(EIS)修订版、简易应对方式问卷进行问卷调查,之后用IAT测验研究其中35名大学生的内隐攻击性,研究发现:1情绪智力和应对方式均与外显攻击性显著相关,情绪监控、应对方式可以预测外显攻击性21.8%的变化,外显攻击性受其它较多变量的影响.2情绪智力与内隐攻击性呈中等程度的相关,应对方式与内隐攻击性的相关不显著.他人情绪评估可以预测内隐攻击性23.7%的变化.3外显攻击性与内隐攻击性属于两个不同的攻击结构,有各自不同的预测变量.研究认为对他人情绪的评估可能与敏感、敌意等因素相互作用,调动个体无意识层面的自我防御机制,引发内隐攻击.自我情绪的监督和控制对攻击性行为表现的重要影响,良好的情绪调节方法与策略对攻击行为可能起着重要的调节作用.

Objective：To explore the effects of emotional intelligence and coping styles on undergraduates＇explicit and implicit aggression and the existence of the dual aggression model.Methods：Three questionnaires,i.e.the Chinese College students＇version of Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire,the revised Chinese Version of the Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,were administered to a total of 216 undergraduates from Zhengzhou University.Then,the implicit aggression of35 of these students was determined in an implicit Association Test.Results：Emotional intelligence and coping styles were found to be significantly correlated with explicit aggression.Emotional monitoring and coping styles could predict 21.8% of explicit aggression,which was influenced by a variety of other variables.Emotional intelligence was moderately correlated with implicit aggression,and coping styles were uncorrelated with implicit aggression.The estimation of others＇emotion and the dimension of the emotional intelligence could predict 23.7% of the variables of implicit aggression.Explicit aggression and implicit aggression are of different aggression structures,and they have different predicted variables.Conclusion：The results suggest that the estimation of others＇emotion may interact with one＇s sensitivity and hostility,which arouses the self-defense mechanisms of unconsciousness and triggers implicit aggression.Emotional monitoring affects explicit aggression,which suggests that a proper method of emotional regulation has a moderating effect on explicit aggression.
