摘要
采用腐蚀挂片和电化学试验研究了20号钢在不同Cl-浓度的高矿化度溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,20号钢在高矿化度条件下不利于硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的繁殖,在高浓度盐溶液中微生物腐蚀倾向低,钢的表面未产生微生物膜,以全面腐蚀为主。在低浓度的盐溶液中发生微生物腐蚀倾向大,且能形成不连续的、分布不均匀的微生物膜。
Corrosion coupon test and electrochemical experiment were used to research the corrosion behavior of 20#steel in high salinity solutions with different concentrations of Cl^-.The results showed that 20#steel in high salinity conditions was not conductive to the growth and reproduction of SRB.Microbial corrosion tendency was low on the surface of 20#steel in high concentration salt solution.And there was no microbial film formed.Microbial corrosion tendency was high in low salinity conditions and un-continuous,microbial membrane of uneven distribution was formed.
