Under the background of the shifting and disappearing of China＇s demographic bonus,the paper analyzes the negative impact on the construction industry,then puts forward that the construction industry should achieve specialized collaboration by optimizing the industrial structure,and enhance construction workers＇ quality to achieve ＂human capital bonus＂. Based on the above countermeasures,the construction industry can deal with the adverse impact caused by the disappearing of demographic bonus and ensure the stable growth of output and production efficiency.
