摘要
养老地产作为一种新型的复合地产,将成为未来房地产行业的热点领域,但融资渠道单一、成本高等问题制约我国养老地产的发展。以共有产权新型融资模式为着眼点,探讨养老地产共有产权实施的必要性以及可行性,合理构建养老地产共有产权应用模式,以缓解养老地产融资困境,促进养老地产健康发展。
As a new composite real estate,the endowment real estate will become a focus of the real estate industry in the future,but there are some main factors that restrict the development of real estate,such as the single financing channel,high financing cost and so on. This paper elaborates the common property financing mode,discusses the necessity and feasibility of the common property,and constructs the common property mode in the real estate,so as to alleviate the endowment real estate financing difficulties and promote the healthy development of endowment real estate.
