摘要
在满意度调查的基础上,运用主成分、线性回归等分析方法,实证研究商品住宅业主总体满意度的主要影响因素及其贡献率,并据此构建商品住宅业主满意度四分图管理矩阵,研究发现:"期望满足"和"物业服务"属于亟待解决的因素。
Based on a questionnaire answered by residents in Guangzhou,the paper puts forward factors of residential and service satisfaction using PCA and Regression Analysis. Through Management Matrix,the most important factors are found. The results indicate that:Property Services and Expectation are the most important problems to be solved.
