New Building Energy Management System Based on the 2014 Power Market Reformation

摘要 2014年我国新颁布的售电市场改革方案,提出由房地产公司修建微型电网并为终端用户提供独立供电服务的新型商业模式。基于该商业模式,提出新型建筑能源管理系统的解决方案,并对该系统模块,如基于神经网络建筑负荷预测、电动汽车有序充电、中央空调的温控模型等逐一分析。最后通过解决非线性混合整数规划,完成系统的优化管理。该系统既保证用户、房地产公司以及电网三方的利益,又可以实现节能低碳的要求。 This paper proposes a new business model by which real estate companies will build the micro grid and provide independent power supply services for end users in terms of new power market reform released by Chinese Government in 2014. According to this business model,this paper further puts forward a complete set of new building energy management system solution,and analyzes each system module such as load forecasts of neural network constructions,charging electric cars as well as the temperature control model for central air conditionings,etc. Finally,the optimization of system management would be completed through solving nonlinear mixed integer programming. This system not only ensures the interests of users,real estate companies and power grid,but also satisfies the energy conservation and low carbon requirements.
