摘要
基于借壳购房投资经营容易产生资产归属类纠纷,通过典型案例分析此类房产投资的可能风险,并深入研究争议的法律属性、法理分析和其中复杂的法律关系。然后针对性地论证,提出可能的解决此类购房纠纷的途径。
Based on the fact that investment assets attribution disputes are more likely to occur in shell loaning business area,this paper through a complicated typical case,discusses the legal attributes,jurisprudence analyzes and the intricate legal relations therein. Then,puts forward corresponding possible solutions to this kind of cases via careful argumentation.
