正火温度对NM360耐磨钢堆焊层组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用D507MoNb焊条对NM360耐磨钢板进行了堆焊修复,然后进行不同温度的正火处理,并对处理后堆焊层的显微组织、硬度、冲击韧性及磨料磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:正火处理前堆焊层的组织为马氏体+碳化物,经不同温度正火处理后堆焊层的组织均为铁素体+珠光体+碳化物,且随正火温度的升高,组织变得粗大,正火温度为1 050℃时,产生了魏氏组织;随正火温度升高,堆焊层硬度、冲击韧性和耐磨性都降低,经900℃正火处理后,堆焊层综合性能最好。 NM360 wear resistant steel plates were repaired by surfacing with D507 MoNb welding rod,fellowed by normalizing at different temperatures.The microstructure,hardness,impact toughness and wear resistance of the surfacing layers after treatment were studied.The results show that the microstructure of surfacing layer before normalizing was martensite and carbide.The microstructure of surfacing layer after normalizing at different temperatures was ferrite,pearlite and carbide,and became coarser with the increase of normalizing temperature.Widmanstatten structure was observed in the microstructure at normalizing temperature of 1 050 ℃.And the hardness,impact toughness and wear resistance of surfacing layers decreased with the increase of normalizing temperature.The surfacing layer after normalizing at 900 ℃ had the best comprehensive performance.
