基于天津文化特色的商业步行街更新策略研究

Research of Commercial Pedestrian Street Update Strategy Based on the Cultural Characteristics in Tianjin

从城市文化的角度出发,首先介绍了国内外商业步行街的文化特色,分析出城市文化在商业步行街区更新中的地位和作用;在此基础上,从历史、地理、经济、科技四个方面挖掘天津文化特色,研究分析出天津文化特色对商业步行街区的作用机制,提出了天津商业步行街区在今后设计与改造中可执行的更新策略.

From the perspective of urban culture,this paper firstly introduces the cultural characteristics in domestic and foreign commercial pedestrian streets,and analyzes the status and role of urban culture in the update of commercial pedestrian street. And then,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the cultural characteristics of Tianjin in four aspects：history,geography,economy,science and technology. Through research and analysis,this paper proposes the functional mechanism of the cultural characteristics of Tianjin and the commercial pedestrian street. Finally the paper puts forward some executable update strategies for the design and transformation of Tianjin commercial pedestrian street.
