摘要
三亚亚特兰蒂斯酒店塔楼建筑立面复杂,塔楼上部为酒店,外框柱柱距为5.3m;底部3层为餐厅、水疗等大开间区域,外框柱柱距为10.6m;在3-4层采用桁架转换上部密柱。通过斜腹杆、上下水平弦杆、边跨水平构件、转换柱的设计以及分析节点内力的传递、验证转换层的刚度比对转换桁架进行设计,保证了各构件抗震性能目标的实现。
The facade of the Sanya Atlantis Hotel tower is complicated. The upper part of the tower acts as hotel with outer frame column spacing of 5. 3m. The bottom 3 layers of the tower acts as a large space region with restaurant and hydrotherapy spa with outer frame column spacing of 10. 6m. Transfer trusses are adopted in layers of 3 and 4 with upper close columns. Transfer trusses are designed in following process to ensure the achievements of seismic performance objectives of members,including oblique web member design,upper and lower horizontal chord member design,side span horizontal member design,transfer column design,joint internal force transfer analysis and verification of stiffness ratio for transfer layer.
