摘要
轨道交通上盖开发项目中往往存在结构刚度突变和跨度较大的问题,从而限制建筑方案的设计。针对此类项目,介绍了两种解决方案:层间隔震与吊挂结构。采用层间隔震可以解决刚度突变问题,同时也保护了主体结构;采用吊挂结构可以在不影响下部建筑使用功能的同时增设结构楼面。并对两种解决方案各自的设计要点作了相关介绍,可供其他类似项目设计时参考。
Problems of sudden change of vertical structural stiffness and long span structure usually exist in Metro Station topside development projects,which can impose restrictions on architectural scheme design. For these projects,two solutions were introduced including inter-storey isolation and suspended structure. Adopting inter-storey isolation can resolve the problem of sudden change of vertical structural stiffness and protect the main structure as well. Adopting suspended structure enables more structural floors without influencing using function of lower buildings. Critical design points of two solutions were also presented,which can provide reference for similar project design.
