Probe into the Countermeasures for the Collection of Unofficial Publications from Their Origins

我国非公开出版物的征集始于20世纪八九十年代,然其征集范围、征集方式、征集价值及后期开发利用等问题,至今仍未得到很好的解决。阐述了非公开出版物的定义、分类及其特征,提出了非公开出版物的征集对策。

The collection of unofficial publications in China started in the 80 s and 90 s of the 20 th century. However, its collection scope, collection method, collection value, later stage＇s development and utilization and other problems have not yet been solved properly. This paper expounds the definition, classification and features of unofficial publications, and puts forward some countermeasures for the collection of unofficial publications.
