基于系统管理方法的高校图书馆资源共享问题探索

Probe into University Libraries' Resources Sharing Based on Systematic Management Approach

我国各地高校图书馆资源共享的事实表明,中央直属高校图书馆与各地区地方高校图书馆的资源共享关系已经难以继续维持。基于系统管理方法,对二者之间的合作困境进行了分析,发现导致二者在发展中出现合作困境的根本原因在于各个相关资源共享主体间的信息资源存在着巨大的贫富差距,利益失衡现象较为明显。因此,现阶段我国地方高校可以将图书馆资源共享放置在高校整体教育资源共享的社会背景中进行分析,将教育资源中除图书馆资源之外的其他资源作为图书馆资源共享活动的补偿性资源,最终促进图书馆资源共享工作得到持续健康发展。

The facts of resources sharing among university libraries in all regions of China show that the resources？sharing relation between the libraries of the universities directly under the central government and the libraries of the local universities in different regions has been difficult to continuously maintain. Based on the systematic management approach,an analysis on the cooperative dilemma between the two sides demonstrates that the basic reason causing the occurrence of the cooperative dilemma in the development of the two sides is the huge gap of the existing information resources among all the related resources sharing subjects, and the interest imbalance phenomenon is more obvious. Therefore, the local universities in China can put libraries＇ resources sharing into the social background of universities＇ overall educational resources sharing to analyze at this stage, and take the other resources in educational resources except the library resources as the compensatory resources of libraries＇ resources sharing activities, and finally promote libraries＇ resources sharing work get the sustainable and healthy development.
