摘要
将马斯洛需求层次理论应用于科技查新人员的激励研究,分析科技查新人员在生理、安全、社交、尊重和自我实现等方面的需求,针对不同需求提出了不同的激励策略,以期更好地提高查新人员素质和服务质量。
This paper applies Maslow's Needs-Hierarchy Theory into the study on the excitation for sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel, analyzes the needs of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel in aspects of physiology, safety, socia communication, respect, and self-realization, etc., and puts forward different excitation strategies in the light of different needs in order to better improve the literacy of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel and the quality of service.
