SCI期刊出版语言与其影响因子的相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between the Publication Language (PL) and Impact Factor (IF) of SCI Journals

采用定性分析与定量分析的方法,研究了SCI收录期刊影响因子与期刊出版语言的相关性。结果显示,与英语期刊相比,SCI非英语期刊与多语言期刊的影响因子相对较低;相同条件下英语期刊的影响因子(篇均被引次数)大致是非英语期刊影响因子(篇均被引次数)的3倍。

By using the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper studies the correlation between the PL and IF of SCI journals, the results of which shows that the IF of non-English and multi-language journals collected by SCI is relatively lower than that of English journals, and under the same conditions,the IF（and citations per paper）of English journals is 3 times of the IF（and citations per paper）of non-English journals.
