摘要
本论文以国内某钢铁厂加热炉为例,主要介绍加热炉一级钢板跟踪数据无限制调节功能的研究。解决由于确认、操作不当以及程序异常等引起的钢板跟踪信息丢失、错误等问题。基于源程序设计功能,开发数据修正模块,添加从属数据模块,实现主从数据模块无缝对接操作,实时对钢坯炉内信息进行调整,并达到不影响正常生产的工艺要求。
This paper takes the furnace in a domestic steel plant as an example,introduced the research of a no- limit- adjust function for the tracking data in heating furnace,which is to solve the loss and error of tracking data due to the improper operation and confirmation and abnormal program. Based on the designed function of the source program,a data correction module is developed and a slave data module is added,and a seamless connection operation of master- slave data modules is realized to timely adjust the data in heating furnace and reach the requirements of smooth production.
