摘要 通过化学结合方式,在酚醛结构中引入柔性聚氨酯链,并添加适量的玻璃纤维和有机蒙脱土,研究不同组分配比对改性酚醛泡沫的压缩强度、弯曲强度、粉化性、吸水性以及燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:当酚醛树脂100份、聚氨酯8份、玻璃纤维1份和有机蒙脱土0.5份时,改性酚醛泡沫的压缩强度和弯曲强度分别提高到0.359 MPa和0.445 MPa,粉化率下降到2.05%,同时LOI可以达到48.5,达到B1耐火等级,热释放速率和总热释放量有所下降。 The modified phenolic foam was prepared by chemical bonding in the way of introduction of flexible polyurethane chain and proper addiction of glass fiber and organic montmorillonite.The compressive strength,bending strength,pulverability,water absorption and fire resistance of phenolic foam with different ingredient were discussed in this work.The results showed that the compressive strength and bending strength of the modified phenolic foam with 100 portions phenolic resin,8portions polyurethane,1portion glass fiber and0.5portion organic montmorillonite were increased to 0.359 MPa and 0.445 MPa.Besides,the pulverability was decreased to 2.05% and LOI was 48.5,which met the B1 fire resistance rating requirement.The reduction of heat release rate and total heat release was also observed.
