低温环境下灭火防护服的结冰现状调研 被引量:3

Investigation of fireman's protective clothing's icing situation in cold environment

摘要 以明确低温环境下灭火防护服的遇水结冰现状为目标,包括结冰温度、结冰速度、结冰部位和结冰重量等参数,在103名消防员中进行了问卷调研,对20名消防员进行了实地调研,并进行了低温结冰试验。结果表明,当环境温度足够低时防护服外层结冰的现象十分严重,在5 min内即出现结冰,结冰部位主要集中在裤子、前胸和上肢部位,大量结冰增加了消防员负重、限制了关节运动,应加强外层织物抗结冰性的研究,以保证消防员的冬季作战效率。 The object of this work is to investigate fireman's protective clothing's icing situation in cold environment,including icing temperature,icing velocity,icing site and adding ice weight.Firstly,103 firemen were investigated by paper questionnaire respectively.Secondly,20 firemen were investigated by spot research comprehensively.Thirdly,an actual test was finished to verify the investigation's results.At cold environment,the water's icing on fireman's protective clothing is quite common and fast,whose icing sites are lower limb,shoulder and chest.These ices increase firemen's weight bearing and restrain the joint motion,which decreases the operational efficiency in fire scene.Therefore,the further study should focus on anti-icing performance of outer fabric of fireman's protective clothing's,to ensure the firefighting efficiency of fireman in winter.
