摘要
Dyform 28 HML钢丝绳外层16根压实股、内层3根压实股、次外层6根小直径压实股与3根相对较大直径压实股,2次合绳,对外层绳压实。研究发现其特点:(1)抗旋转性能优异;(2)破断拉力高、结构稳定性好,与匹配滑轮(卷筒)接触面积大;(3)内外层绳反向捻制导致对外层绳压实量不大,破断拉力与35(W)×K7类钢丝绳相当;(4)抗冲击性能与27×K7类钢丝绳相似;(5)密实结构外层股数为内层股数的3倍,且外层同层股直径不同,相对内层股数相同的瓦林吞密实钢丝绳组绳股直径均匀;(6)内层绳股股结构不同可提高内层绳股疲劳性能并适度改善钢丝绳的柔软性。
Dyform 28 HML wire rope outer layer is 16 compacted strands,inner layer is 3 compacted strands,under the outer layer is 6 small diameter compacted strands and 3 larger diameter compacted strands,2 times closed rope,outer layer rope is compacted. Its characteristics are as follows after being researched:(1) rotation resistance property is good,( 2)broken force is high,structure stability is good and matching pulley contacted area is large,(3) inner and outer layer rope contra-lay causes outer rope compaction not large,broken force is equal to 35( W) × K7 type wire rope,(4) impact resistance property is similar to 27 × K7 type wire rope,( 5) closed structure outer layer strand number is 3 times of that inner layer strand,and same strand diameter of outer layer is different,relative to the Warrington closed rope group that has the same inner strand number,strand diameter is uniformity,(6) different inner layer strand constructure can improve inner layer rope fatigue property and slightly improve wire rope softness.
