斜拉桥用HDPE护套热镀锌预应力钢绞线的生产

Production of HDPE sheath hot-dip galvanizing prestressed strand for cable-stayed bridge

针对五河淮河大桥斜拉索用HDPE护套热镀锌预应力钢绞线的特殊要求,研制开发15.20 mm系列1 860MPa级斜拉索用HDPE护套热镀锌预应力钢绞线产品。给出产品的研究方案,对产品相关的技术标准进行分析,并对斜拉索用镀锌钢绞线的研制及生产过程进行介绍。结果表明,产品选料合理,工艺流程及参数选定准确,产品质量稳定可靠,研制结果完全达到了预期目标,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Aiming at the special requirements of HDPE sheath hot-dip galvanizing prestressed strand for Wuhe Huaihe bridge stay cable,research and develop diameter 15. 20 mm series 1 860 MPa grade HDPE sheath hot-dip galvanizing prestressed strand product for stay cable. Research programme of the product is given,analyze the relative technical standard of the product,and introduce the research and production process of the galvanizing strand for stay cable. Result shows： material selection is reasonable,technology process and parameter selection is accurate,product quality is stable,research result fully reach the expected targets,and has good economic and social performance.
