摘要
高质量特种合金结构钢焊丝类产品的特点是w(C)极差要求很小,为0.030%,并要求成品w(P)≤0.007%,w(N)≤0.007%,成分窄,含量低,冶炼控制非常困难。统计C、P、N化学成分偏差,并利用柏拉图进行分析,得出不同的控制偏差对成品成分合格率的贡献率。w(C)偏差按照0~0.02%来控制,成品成分合格率可达到89.1%;w(P)偏差按照0控制,合格率达79.4%,按照+0.001%控制,合格率可达93.7%,按照+0.002%控制,成分合格率可以达到96.8%,按照+0.003%控制,成分合格率可以达到100%;w(N)偏差按照0控制,成分合格率就可达81.6%,成分偏差按照+0.001%控制,成分合格率可以达到95.9%,成分偏差按照+0.002%控制,成分合格率可以达到100%。
The feature of high quality special structural alloy steel welding wire products are as follows: requirement of w( C) range is very small; mass fraction is 0. 030%; require products w( P) ≤0. 007%,w( N) ≤0. 007%,composition is narrow,content is low,melting control is very difficult.
