摘要
介绍机械式拉力试验机的组成、功能及存在的问题。原电控系统采用分立元件控制直流电机,测力系统为机械式指针测力表,由于使用时间长系统老化而故障频发,再加上一些元件采购困难,因此对其进行改造。将原直流电机换为交流电机,采用汇川MD320变频器驱动,实现拉力试验机的慢升、慢降、快升、快降;测力系统使用S型拉力传感器测量,采用数字测力仪进行显示。使用结果表明,改造后的控制系统测量精度高、系统运行稳定、维修简单方便。
To introduce the composition,function and existing problems of mechanical tensile testing machine. Discrete component control DC motor was adopted by original electrical control system,force measuring system was mechanical pointer force table,because of the long service time and old system,malfunction appeared frequently,some components were hard to buy,so it should be improved. Put the DC motor become AC motor,use Huichuan MD320 frequency converter as the drive,realize tensile testing machine rise slowly,decrease slowly,increase quickly,decrease quickly,testing system use S style tension sensor to measure,adopt digital dynamometer to display. The results show: improved control system measuring accuracy is high,system works well,repairment is easy and convenient.
