摘要
在焊条药皮中加入铁粉,可以改善焊接工艺性能并增加熔敷效率。通过比较,调整前焊条药皮中的铁粉选用FHT40.37熔敷效率最高,但经过施焊及测试,FHT40.37配方的焊条在焊接过程中飞溅大、脱渣困难、熔敷效率达不到要求;对FHT40.37配方进行调整,调整配方后的焊条在焊接过程中飞溅小、脱渣容易、熔敷效率明显提高。配方调整前、后焊条的熔敷效率分别为171.5%,179.5%。增大药皮厚度使焊条直径达到8.50 mm,焊条的熔敷效率明显提高。配方调整后焊条熔敷金属的抗拉强度和0℃冲击吸收功均得到提高。
Adding iron powder in the coating can improve the welding process performance and increase the deposition efficiency. By comparison,the deposition efficiency of iron powder in electrode coating selecting FHT40. 37 before adjustment is the highest,after welding and test,the electrode of FHT40. 37 formula has big splash,deslagging difficult,deposited efficiency cannot reach requirement in the welding process,the formula of FHT40. 37 is adjusted,after adjustment the formula electrode has small splash,deslagging easy,deposited efficiency increased obviously in the welding process. The deposition efficiency of electrode before and after adjustment is 171. 5% and 179. 5%. By increasing coating thickness to make the rod diameter reach 8. 50 mm,electrode deposition efficiency is obviously improved. The tensile strength of electrode deposition metal and 0 ℃ impact absorbing energy after adjustment are increased.
