摘要 采用扫描电镜、硬度检验、冲击性能试验、金相检验、化学成分分析等方法对安装在某风力发电机上的12.9级高强度螺栓断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,螺栓的断裂原因是氢致延迟断裂,螺栓基体残留一定浓度的氢及预紧力过大是诱发螺栓氢脆的主要原因。提出高强度螺栓制造、安装以及使用过程中应注意的问题。 SEM,hardness test,impact test,metallographic,chemical composition analysis are adopted to analyze the fracture failure reason of 12. 9 grade high strength bolt installed on wind turbine. Comprehensive analysis shows: hydrogen induce delay fracture is the fracture reason of bolt,the residue of a certain concentration hydrogen in the bolt basic body and overlarge pre-tension are the main reasons to induce bolt hydrogen embrittlement. Problems should be noticed during the fabrication are given,installment and use of high strength bolt.
